Thank you for shopping with Uplite. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Geographic Restrictions

  • Remote Locations: Some geographic service restrictions may apply. 

  • If your location is outside of standard service areas, additional fees or extended delivery times may apply.

2. Shipping Times

  • Typical delivery times within Canada range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Orders are shipped across Canada through our trusted delivery partners: Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post. Carriers are chosen based on the fastest delivery option for your address. 

  • Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond Uplite’s control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damage and your order number.

  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 3 days after the expected delivery date.
