If your location is outside of standard service areas, additional fees or extended delivery times may apply.

2. Shipping Times

Typical delivery times within Canada range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Orders are shipped across Canada through our trusted delivery partners: Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post. Carriers are chosen based on the fastest delivery option for your address.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond Uplite's control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damage and your order number.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 3 days after the expected delivery date.
