Return & Refund Policy

At Uplite, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth return process. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Processing of refunds or replacements is processed within 3–5 business days from receipt.
  • Claims for reimbursement may be denied if damaged items are not reported within 15 days of receipt. 
  • In some cases, photo proof may be required to complete the return process.
  • A prepaid return shipping label issued by Uplite must be used within 14 days. Unused labels may expire after this period, and returns may be refused.

2. Types of Returns

1. Defective Items

    • If the entire order is returned, a full refund will be issued.
    • If only part of the order is returned, a refund will be issued for the returned items only.

2. Non-Defective, Unopened Items

    • Refunds will be issued for the product price only.
    • Shipping costs  and returned label fee are non-refundable.

3. Non-Defective, Opened Items

    • Refunds will be issued for the product price minus a restocking fee.
    • Shipping costs and returned label fee are non-refundable.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or issued as store credit.
  • For audit and fraud prevention purposes, returns and exchanges require your name, address, and phone number.

4. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged when returned to avoid damage in transit. Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be processed. 
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • Uplite reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
