Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 12pm will be shipped out the same day.

All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping

Canada Post Expedited Parcel is the default shipping method for most products under 60 lbs and includes delivery by a small parcel carrier.

Shipments will be delivered as an NSR (No Signature Required).

Some geographic service restrictions apply. In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the courier's closest pick-up centre from the shipment destination.
